Margaret Heffernan

Margaret is an American by birth and European by childhood, but now a firm Farrington Gurney resident living in the village with her husband and two children. Margaret is an entrepreneur, CEO, writer, keynote speaker, and Professor of Practice at the University of Bath School of Management.  Margaret has a passion for the environment, so she heads up our Climate Change Action Group and the Farrington Green website.  Margaret’s knowledge of business and projects is an asset to the village and our Parish Council, where she has been a member for many years.  Margaret has been fortunate in securing funding grants, forming working relationships with local decision-makers that benefit us al,l and is heavily involved in writing the Neighbourhood Plan.
